I'm finding out something fairly strange about natural health nearly every day.
Today I learned that white wine can help keep bacteria at bay in your mouth, and therefore helps to prevent tooth decay and sore throats. _________________
hmm....I knew red wine was suppossibly good for you but not white wine. well...either way I don't drink.
And uh....I do know that after we filtrated our drinking water to get rid of bacteria, allergies increased. The bacteria in the USA water supply was symbiotic with humans. It made us more immune to allergies. _________________

I guess that's the definition of irony. Is that water out of the purifcation plants then?
Chocolate is supposedly good for you now; it's supposed to contain anti-oxidents, but I don't know too much about it. If you do, I'd be glad to hear about it.
In the meantime I might go to look it up.... if I have time.... _________________
Only dark chocolate is considered good for you. The antioxidants are the most concentrated in dark chocolate. Regular milk chocolate is considered to have so much fat and sugar that any antioxidant benefits aren't worth the caloric cost. Even then, dark chocolate is recommended to be taken in moderation. It's better to get antioxidants from green tea and even coffee than from chocolate.
Red wine has compounds in it that are good for you, but red grapes are just the same, and since alcohol has to be filtered through your system, it's probably better to just eat grapes to get the good compounds. _________________ It's just four more miles. Everybody smile!

It's a personal taste. Some people like it, and some people don't. You have to really appreciate the natural taste of chocolate to appreciate dark chocolate.
The original hot chocolate wasn't very appealing to the Europeans either, and they ended up changing the recipe A LOT to overcome their initial dislike for chocolate. I believe the original was pretty intense; hot peppers in there along with honey and something else too....
