basically it's very simple we list the characters, you list who you want to hurt and which one you want to heal. Each hurt takes away one hit point. Each heal adds one hit point. Each character starts out with 5 HP. When they reach 0 they die.

Let's start with the villians

Kagura 4
Kanna 4
Byakuya 6
Naraku 4
