I've found a site (a site I wish I had found earlier) that has a good number of the Inuyasha songs, such as themes, soundtracks, a couple character singles, that you can get for free. They DO have a download limit, however, and constantly stress the importance of supporting Inuyasha anime by buying the actual soundtrack:
