As Much as This PAINS Me....I'm thinking this board needs some serious advertising, but I don't even know WHERE to begin. I'm not really on other forums, and I'm not willing to be an asshole and start an account on another for the sole purpose of advertising. That's just rude.
So... any suggestions? Better yet, any volunteers? It's quite apparent to me that I'm a bit LESS than charismatic, and I would be eternally grateful for someone who is moreso to extend their talents to helping me out here.
Thanks for the support; namely VRap and Jadehorse. You guys are busy and you still find time to come. Though this board has become more of a blog for random thoughts about Inuyasha, I'm very grateful for your efforts.

I would have advertized on Nintendo's site but they closed down their forum.
You could try Hongfire.com but they are a pretty big anime community as well so I'm not sure how much luck we'd get there.

As a matter of fact, I made a point of putting this board on some Inuyasha topsites... sites (redundant, I know). It would be much appreciated if you guys voted for me on them. You can find the links at the bottom of the page.

Yeah, brings it closer to the top of the list so more people will see it. I can't believe I didn't think of Topsites before. It was so obvious, but I didn't even think about it.

I'll try and help you out where I can, I've got another freaking deadline at work, and my professor has me doing 12-14 hour experiments every day. My bench is a godawful mess and my paperwork is getting farther and farther behind because I barely have time to get my crap done in a day, not to mention the online war I've been waging with a certain local issue that deals with a good friend of mine. Hopefully things will calm down soon, and I'll be able to spend more time.
Again, my only real suggestion is to get it where it pops up when you google something, and to invite real-life friends in, and encourage them to invite their friends, and so on and so on.

I don't actually have many friends who like Inuyasha (I've got a good amount of diversity among my pack) but I've asked a few people who know others who like Inuyasha to tell their friends, so I'm somewhat there....
As for Google advertising, you have to PAY for that, and as dedicated as I am, I need that money for FOOD, which is much more important to the average college student, as you should well know, lol!

OK...the convention is called Tandokucon. It takes place November 9th, 10th and 11th of this year.
Someone please remind me when it comes close to that time in a PM just in case. You might be able to get a horde of new people depending on the size of the convention.
