kagome's upgradeis it just me or has she really been doing the exact same thing she was doing before getting the upgrade bow?I mean the whole thing was "you have surpassed Kikyou" but she's still just getting caught/losing powers (this has happened what 3 times when inside Naraku already, then add in outside....we have half a dozen in what...30 chapters?) and then magically getting the luck shot off to defeat the enemy. Wow...this sounds exactly like her power level before the upgrade. I mean shouldn't she be shooting out arrows of doom left and right now or gain some new super technique by now? She seems to ave had a pretty worthless upgrade. And speaking of the bow.....how did Kikyou know it was there to begin with? I still want an explanation for that. What's the backstory? Did she leave the bow there? try to get it before? what? |

Anyone? She should at least have a new attack by now. An arrow that splits into 3.....an ice arrow, fire arrow....something. It could be an arrow that turns into a cat and meows things to death for all I care. just have some sort of new attack. | ||

You're right, Kagome's far too straight-edge for a gun.
How about something like a... crossbow? That might be bad ass, and it doesn't detract from her weaponry roots |

Zero The Beginning of the Coffin (vol 1) tends to DISAGREE! Civilians are RESTRICTED access but ever heard of connections of yakuza and police? That's pretty much the ONLY way civilians can get firearms in Asia. I wouldn't be surprised if Kagome's grandfather was an IJA veteran. He's in his eighties, paranoid about demons (with brings lots of lulz), and constantly worries about Kagome. He bound to have kept an Arisaka rifle with bayonet SOMEWHERE in the house. BTW, Arisaka rifle is THIS gun. Type "Jiu Jiu" or "San Ba", take your pick.
