The original Pagan holiday (at least in North America) was the subject of the Yule thread. I try to keep them as seperate as I can so as not to offend anyone, except when I'm with my family.

1) her family is pagan...or a mix
2) her family is very anti-one of them so she does it to mess with em.

Crap...I wanna ask if anybody can do blood sfx in straight up drawing...but CJ sorta banned me and mostly everybody is there, posting, instead of here. T_T

Actually, they're all pretty tolerant about those sorts of things, for the most part, and we celebrate the holidays together.
Bann'd huh? I'm sure you can still communicate with your friends on there some other way, right? If not, that strikes me as a little sad.
As for blood sfx; I know I can't, but you could always go scout at different communities until you found someone, and then drag them back here so we can ask how they do it.
