OK....I'm with Obama in having to talk to people instead of waring with them but um....Kim Jong Il has kidnapped a director in order to make his own Godzilla rip-off. The guy isn't all there in the head. And now he has nukes that we 100% know of yet now good ole "make war, not love" Bush has a change of heart.
i guess it's because they don't have oil eh? That's why Myanmar and almost every African country gets ignored by his "safe the people of other cuntries" policy.
