Oh yeah, I didn't think about the water!  It'll be this summer, and I'll be spending most of the time listening to talks, and I have to present a poster of my research. But, there will be some time for shopping and going to the beach, and I hear that Cozumel and Cancun aren't too far away. It's on the Yucatan Peninsula, so I'm really excited to go there!
Now I have six months to brush up on my Spanish!

Time to bust out the dictionary.
I've only been to the border, so I haven't seen much of Mexico. It should be interesting, and no doubt educational. I have to wonder what it's REALLY like over there, and whether or not it bears a resemblance to what they tell us.
