The Naraku topicWhat in your oppinion was his best/worst form? Who are teh best/worst incarnations? Anything about are evil guy who never dies goes here.

I think he certainly LOOKS the best when he's in full human disguise, just hanging out in the castle. I don't like the whole tentacle thing. Otherwise, it hardly matters to me. He's still badass... in an annoying "why won't you die?" way.

Oh yeah...Super-Shredder Naraku was way to over the top. And I like his normal human look. He's much more threatening then IMO. It's so much better when the villian doesn't look to dangerous. It makes their destructive powers seem greater.

Besides, if the villain LOOKS human, then the scare factor is greater, because the evil seems so immense coming from a human-looking creature.

yeah i agree. his human form was tons better than the whole armored tentaculy thingy. i probably like kagura the most out of his incarnations, but i cant stand kanna. GET AN EMOTION, KANNA!

Aw, she cracked in the end. In any case, Kagura was way too occupied with getting her freedom to be a real threat to anyone. She was just beating her wings against the cage, but couldn't figure out how to unlock it.

I personally like Naraku's human form. His tentacle form gives me NIGHTMARES like from the Excorist...
Not that I have watched that twisted movie but...O_O I absolutely hate his tentacle form...oh gods... O_O

yeah...super shredder Naraku was stupid. but hey...what about that crystal form he had? Where one of his shoulders and arm was all spiky but the rest of him was perfectly normal?

he was sloppy. i wouldve killed them right away... not that i would! but if i was naraku...

I didn't like the crystal form either. Just the regular human form works best for me. He was in that form when he was beating himself up over "wanting" Kikyou, so it added dimension and made him just a bit scarier in my eyes.

'Cuz she was PRETTY. I believe he was just sexually frustated, and Kikyou was the only woman who would come within 100 feet of him, let alone try to take care of him in his paralyzed state.
Also, there was something mixed in there about wanting to corrupt her purity, or some such thing.
Whatever.

If Naraku were trying to get a date at the bar, I'd be worried about his mental state. Now... if he were to use the date-rape drug in some way, shape, or form, I would think his character much more capable of that.
