Did I just read that right? Since when did the jewel have a soul of it's own? there was evil and light inside the jewel and they kiled ultimate evil and Naraku, thus purifying the jewel.....so Midoriko is evil now?

It seems to me that everyone is forgetting that it's the jewel of FOUR souls. So Midoriko, the big bad youkai....so who are the other two? Magatsuhi and Naohi? We've never even seen Naohi, and Magatsuhi is gone. Maybe RT will iron this out?
