I'm being swamped fairly effectively here. There's barely a moment in the day when I get a chance to check up on this place. With people making me feel absolutely useless in the world beyond computer networks, I've just been feeling a bit worse lately.
No problem though, I'll try not to be an idiot over the rest of the semester so I can at least pass my classes.

It's been a crazy semester so far. I love the fact that the postdocs left and went to their new jobs and left me with a crap load of their work here that I have to finish because no one else will. I would seriously just kill the damn cell lines and not mess with THEIR leftovers, but my boss would be highly upset. grrr...

Still, it helps if you love the work, right jade? I was pretty ticked to find out that I have four weeks to put together a comprehensive research paper that I DON'T like. Heh. Fun stuff.

Yes...liking something helps...but when you work on something you like and then it doesn't work for three months, well, you start to hate it.

Besides that, with no one here on a regular basis, there's nothing to talk about when it comes to Inuyasha. I mean, you're a riot VRap, but you and I can't carry on a decent conversation about Inuyasha by ourselves.

I am back... with a vengeance. And let me just say that I sing songs of praise to SWEET SWEET FREEDOM. I can honestly say that was the worst semester I have EVER had to trudge through. Gah! What a nightmare it was....
But it is over now! And this break between semesters means no homework! HUZZAH!
