Did you know? that the tobacco hornworm, the little green caterpillar that eats your tomatoes, causes a reaction in the tomato/tobacco plant. The plant releases an odor that attracts a certain wasp, and that wasp then lays its eggs in the caterpillar, and the caterpillar is eaten alive by the wasp larvae.

Just the males? Hmm, usually it's the females that have these things isn't it? Or is that just me being presumptuous?

I recently found out that lionesses prefer males that have darker manes, but a darker mane means a hotter lion, which means a reduced sperm count.
