I'm sure "reading week" does not necessarily constitute reading my posts online. Go outside and play! (kidding)
I'm being swamped fairly effectively here. There's barely a moment in the day when I get a chance to check up on this place. With people making me feel absolutely useless in the world beyond computer networks, I've just been feeling a bit worse lately.
No problem though, I'll try not to be an idiot over the rest of the semester so I can at least pass my classes. _________________

No... because instead of giving ME a high-paying job (because Americans demand more money) they'll outsource the job to India, where they don't have to pay as much and rake in the cash. _________________
It's been a crazy semester so far. I love the fact that the postdocs left and went to their new jobs and left me with a crap load of their work here that I have to finish because no one else will. I would seriously just kill the damn cell lines and not mess with THEIR leftovers, but my boss would be highly upset. grrr... _________________ It's just four more miles. Everybody smile!

Still, it helps if you love the work, right jade? I was pretty ticked to find out that I have four weeks to put together a comprehensive research paper that I DON'T like. Heh. Fun stuff. _________________
