I've been pondering about this, but I've also been a bit lazy when it comes to doing anything about it, because I don't hear any complaints from any of you. Given that many of you are rather adverse to saying anything about something that you don't like, I'm going to be the first to address the small things.

The sword icons I'm using for my new/old post system.... Do they work for you? Do you like them? Do you know of anything that would work better? If you do, I would like to see it.

Second question is a little more about the debate of it: You may have noticed that I haven't added any new icons for the locked/closed threads yet, and I was wondering what icons I could use for that. Do you know of any good images (inuyasha related, obviously) that could be used to represent a closed thread or section?

It's just that the old icons for this template look slightly out of place when you see them among the swords, and I think it would be better to have a consistent set of them across the board.

swords work for me again. It must have been my computer.

As for locked...why not swords that form an X?

Oh that's a terrific idea VRap! I'd never even thought of that!

Of course, that's not the only one I'll take. Anyone else got good ones? How about icons for the sticky threads?

skull and cross bones for locked, and the swords are fine with me for boards that have new posts and no new posts.
